I need help with my web hosting account. I want to create auto-responder for one of my email accounts, but I don't know how. Can anybody help me?

What is your web hosting control panel?

My hosting control panel is HELM and it runs on Windows 2003 Server.

You can create the auto-responder from HELM. Go to the email menu and select the auto-reponder icon.
